No seeing how CoD4 is the First MW the game the number of the CoD game wouldn't change so it would be CoD4 - Meaning it is a MW game, MW3 - Meaning it is the 3rd. Game withing the MW series. MW2 & MW3 are a continuation of CoD4:MW so why would they be their own CoD game. so no? it is CoD4:MW3.

"How Can We Copy Zombies" Is in survival... spec ops is in MW2 and is not ANYTHING like spec ops :) u do a specific missions on veteran hardend or recruit and u get stars u dont get stars and no ending at zombies... u can get to wave 500 and u still can? go further while in spec ops u need to like survive until this point and u win this amout of stars...
